Role Description We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO & Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our eCommerce websites' organic and paid marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, improving search engine rankings, managing Google Ads campaigns, and ultimately boosting online sales performance across multiple websites. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for multiple eCommerce websites. Perform ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits. Optimize product listings, category pages, blogs, and overall website content for SEO best practices. Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building campaigns. Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing). Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and other relevant tools. Create, manage, and optimize product feeds for Google Shopping campaigns. Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to implement SEO and PPC improvements. Stay updated with the latest SEO and PPC trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Recommend and implement conversion optimization strategies to maximize ROI. Key Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) in SEO and Google Ads management for eCommerce websites. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and eCommerce SEO. Experience managing Google Shopping and Search Ads campaigns. Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. Expertise in using Google Ads Manager, Merchant Center, and related platforms. Ability to conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers for implementation. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads is a bonus. Knowledge of schema markup, rich snippets, and advanced SEO techniques. Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) practices. Experience in running A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
