The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform. You should have prior experience in ServiceNow implementation within IT Service Management (ITSM) modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset. Proficiency in CMDB, Discovery, and integration with external modules is also required. Your skills should include hands-on experience in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, and AJAX. Additionally, you should have experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc. Previous experience in SNOW administration is crucial, along with a strong understanding of ITIL v3 processes. Preferred qualifications include ITIL Foundation v3 certification and ServiceNow Administration certification. The ability to work effectively on tight schedules, even beyond normal working hours, is essential for this role.
