Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager Tower Manufacturing located in Silvassa. The General Manager will oversee the manufacturing operations of wind tower production. Key responsibilities involve production planning, managing manufacturing operations, ensuring operational excellence, and handling budgeting. The role includes both on-site presence in Silvassa and the option for some remote work. Qualifications Skills in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations Experience in Operations Management and Operational Excellence Ability to handle Budgeting and financial planning Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
