Interfaces with vendors to resolve technical issues Will be working in 24/7 Rotational shifts What you bring : 3 to 5 years of experience on Cisco Voice. Good with troubleshooting CUCM and CUBE. Basic level of understanding on Underlying network and layer 3 routing.
