You will be responsible for handling B2B customers such as Grocery Stores, Hotels, Schools, Colleges, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, and all resellers, and marketing the company's products. You will need to use the company vehicle or your own vehicle for sales visits to customers (allowances will be provided if using your own vehicle). Your main tasks will include onboarding B2B customers, selling products without credit, creating invoices for orders, coordinating with the package team for supply, supporting, coordinating, and executing customer orders, handling customer returns and accounts, and collaborating with store/warehouse in charge and admin. You will report to the Store In charge/Admin as per the Sales department's requirements. All positions have a 3-month probation period, with job confirmation after the probation period and permanent employment after 1 year of job confirmation. Candidates are expected to commit to a minimum of 2 years with the company. Salary will be credited monthly to your bank account. For candidates outside Namakkal, the company provides free accommodation and food or food allowances. All employees are entitled to bonuses, overtime, incentives, and monthly allowances. ESI/PF deductions will commence after appointment as permanent staff. The company will withhold 8% or 10% of the monthly salary for security purposes, which will be released to the employee annually. If an employee leaves before the agreed duration, the security amount will not be paid. Candidates are required to submit their highest educational qualification certificates to the company.,
