Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure the successful delivery of services to clients. Responsibilities include mentoring and training staff, coordinating with educational institutions, managing client relationships, and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals. The role also demands monitoring market trends, developing new partnerships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to train and mentor staff effectively. Strong Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Interpersonal skills. Organizational, Planning, and Problem-Solving abilities to oversee daily operations and handle challenges effectively. Knowledge of Overseas Education Markets, including trends, visa processes, and admissions procedures. Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Collaboration with stakeholders, and Business Development to grow the consultancy. Proficiency in tools and software for project management and reporting. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Previous experience in the education consultancy sector or a relevant industry is a plus.
