Global Marketing Product Manager

Role Overview: As a Global Marketing Product Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing new product ranges. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure profitability, revenue targets, and digital distribution criteria are met. Your focus will be on innovation, excellence, brand passion, environmental sustainability, and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end development of new products, from concept to formulation and packaging, while adhering to profitability and revenue goals - Oversee product reformulations and optimize packaging and formulations, with a focus on sustainability - Contribute to the 3-year innovation plan for assigned product ranges - Develop strategic recommendations and marketing mix for the product ranges - Implement an international consumer-centric strategy (D to C) - Monitor product forecasts, stocks, and budgets in collaboration with demand planning - Analyze monthly sell-in and sell-out performance of product ranges and prepare annual reports - Create tools to support product launches, such as launch kits and videos, in collaboration with agencies - Analyze launch and product performance, competitors, and trends to identify development opportunities - Coordinate international events in collaboration with superiors and contribute to cross-functional projects - Recruit, train, and mentor an intern Qualifications Required: - Higher education in Marketing or a scientific background with marketing development experience - Strong project management and marketing development skills - Affinity for dermo-cosmetic products - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Fluent in English - At least 3 years of experience in marketing development Do you see yourself fitting into this role and want to be part of a growing team and company Join us now to be a part of our exciting journey!,
