We are currently looking for a Global Contact Centre HR Associate to join our team on a contractual basis (3rd Party contract), with an experience ranging from 6 months to 2 years in HR. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR domain, and be willing to work in 24/5 rotational shifts. As a Global Contact Centre HR Associate, your responsibilities will include addressing internal employee queries related to the entire employee lifecycle, from hire to retire processes, policies, procedures, and compensation. You will be expected to effectively handle 80 to 100 transactions per day with a focus on providing exceptional service while demonstrating patience and efficiency. This role requires a minimum of six months to 2 years of relevant experience in the field. You will be responsible for offering exemplary support, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance in all transactions, maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction, and keeping detailed and up-to-date records of all employee interactions. Additionally, you will be required to attend training sessions regularly to stay informed about current company policies and procedures.
