Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business/ IT/ Computer Science/MBA Experience: Typically, 2–4 years in B2B IT Hardware & Project sales — Experience in Govt & Corporate highly valued Industry knowledge: Familiarity with OEMs like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Canon, Brother, BenQ, Dlink, Cisco etc, Good Govt and Corporate Customer network. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and analytics/reporting, Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Networking, Storage, etc.). Build and manage strong client relationships. Handle the entire sales cycle — lead generation, proposal, negotiation, Collection and closure. Track sales metrics, forecast, and report performance. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, Bid, procurement, support) to deliver client satisfaction.
