Job Title Paediatric Nurse – MyGleeo Remote-Care Programme (On-site, Delhi NCR) About MyGleeo MyGleeo is India’s first end-to-end paediatric remote-care platform from Gleeo Health. We merge live vitals, growth-charting and 24 × 7 parent support into one secure, outcome-driven workflow. As we scale across Delhi-NCR, we’re adding a hands-on paediatric nurse who can bridge technology and bedside empathy. What you’ll do Core Responsibility ->Typical Tasks Patient onboarding & education - Explain app setup and device use to parents - Capture baseline vitals, growth and vaccine data Digital triage & follow-up - Monitor POINT™ alerts for abnormal vitals - Conduct tele-nursing calls; escalate to paediatrician when needed Clinical documentation - Enter progress notes, vaccination records and care-plan adherence in the MyGleeo dashboardIn-clinic support - Assist paediatricians during periodic physical check-ups - Administer vaccines or minor procedures when required Parent engagement - Provide coaching on nutrition, medication and growth milestones - Schedule and remind families about virtual or in-person visits Quality & compliance - Adhere to NABH, HIPAA-aligned protocols - Participate in case reviews and continuous-improvement meetings What makes you a fit Must-have B.Sc. Nursing (or GNM with additional paediatric certification) and Delhi Nursing Council registration. 2 + years of paediatric ward, NICU or clinic experience. Comfort with digital tools—EMR, tele-consult platforms, or remote-monitoring dashboards. Excellent Hindi & English communication; able to simplify medical terms for parents. Willingness to work one Saturday half-day rotation per month. Nice-to-have NRP / PALS certification. Prior exposure to home-health, tele-nursing or vaccination camps.
