Job Title: Business Development Associate Location: New Delhi (with field travel) Company: Glazonoid Automates Pvt. Ltd. With an emphasis on design, technology, and quality, we deliver premium mirror solutions tailored for modern homes, hotels, salons, and commercial spaces. Our products fuse aesthetics with automation, redefining everyday luxury. Role Overview: We're seeking a dynamic, well-presented Business Development Associate who will drive brand visibility and unlock new business opportunities by building elite connections in the architecture, interior design, hospitality, and luxury lifestyle industries. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with top-tier architects, interior designers, and consultants to recommend Glazonoid mirrors in premium projects. Initiate and manage tie-ups with high-end showrooms – sanitary ware, lighting, hardware, and lifestyle décor outlets – to showcase our products. Approach and pitch to premium hotel chains, luxury salons, wellness spas, and other relevant B2B channels. Regularly visit partners and potential clients for in-person meetings, greetings, and follow-ups to maintain relationships. Represent the brand professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events. Coordinate with the marketing and technical team to provide custom solutions and ensure client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualities: Fluent English communication – verbal and written. Smart, confident, and polished appearance. Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities. Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. Willingness to travel locally as required. Preferred Background: Experience or interest in luxury interiors, architecture, or design-driven B2B industries. 1–3 years in sales, BD, or client relations (freshers with the right persona can also apply).
