GL Accountant Sr

As a Senior GL Accountant at CBRE, you will oversee intricate accounting tasks related to maintaining an accurate general ledger. This position is a part of the Controlling function, where you will manage financial controls and prepare reports for management and shareholders. Your responsibilities will include resolving escalated accounting queries, preparing financial statements like income statements and balance sheets, reviewing journal entries for accuracy, assessing complex accounting variances, maintaining billing and accounts receivables, creating month-end entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. You will apply your expertise in accounting principles to solve problems, demonstrate leadership qualities, and adhere to CBREs RISE values. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's Degree is preferred along with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, strong organizational skills, and advanced math abilities are essential.
