Position: Nursing Incharge Job Description: Oversee and supervise all nursing staff in assigned wards, including ICU, Emergency, and general wards. Ensure smooth functioning of nursing services in accordance with hospital policies and protocols. Maintain quality standards of patient care, safety, and infection control. Coordinate with doctors, management, and other departments to ensure effective patient management. Prepare duty rosters, manage leave schedules, and allocate nursing staff accordingly. Train, mentor, and guide nursing staff for skill development. Monitor and ensure proper documentation of patient records, medication, and treatment plans. Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes. Job Specifications (Requirements): Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM (with relevant supervisory experience). Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience , with at least 2 years in ICU/Emergency/critical care preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to handle emergency situations effectively. Registration: Must be registered with State Nursing Council. 2. Position: Nursing Staff Job Description: Provide nursing care to patients in ICU, Emergency, and general wards. Administer medications, IV fluids, and assist in medical procedures as directed by doctors. Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and treatment outcomes. Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols. Provide emotional support and patient education to patients and families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient files and hospital records. Assist in emergency and critical care situations. Job Specifications (Requirements): Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / ANM. Experience: Minimum 12 years of clinical experience , preferably in ICU or Emergency. Skills: Good patient care skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work in shifts. Registration: Must be registered with State Nursing Council.
