Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage our raw material, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods stock using Zoho Inventory. The person must understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and be capable of planning and issuing the right materials and quantities for each production order. The role requires close coordination with production and dispatch teams to ensure raw material is issued accurately, WIP stock is tracked properly, and finished goods are updated in real time. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update Raw Material (RM), WIP, and Finished Goods (FG) stock in Zoho Inventory Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for all products Based on production plans, identify required materials and issue them to production teams in correct quantities Record material consumption, wastage, and stock adjustments Update system after production completion and reconcile stock Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for inventory movement Conduct monthly stock audits and ensure system-physical stock accuracy Generate reports for management on stock, consumption, and production Maintain accurate SKU codes, product masters, and batch details Assist in integrating Zoho Inventory with Zoho Books or other modules Required Skills Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books / any ERP Good understanding of BOM and material issue processes Strong in Excel / Google Sheets Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of manufacturing operations preferred Attention to detail and accountability in record-keeping Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
