📢 Hiring: Remote Field Coordinator – NBFC/MFI Sector We are looking for a Field Coordinator with proven experience in the NBFC/MFI sector to support our financial inclusion initiatives. This is a remote role with flexible coordination responsibilities across field teams and partner institutions. 🔹 Key Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in NBFC/MFI operations or field coordination Strong understanding of financial inclusion models and rural outreach Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to manage remote teams and track field activities digitally 🔹 Responsibilities: Coordinate field outreach and lead tracking across assigned geographies Liaise with partner NBFCs/MFIs for loan processing and documentation Ensure timely reporting, SOP adherence, and follow-up with stakeholders Support event execution and post-event conversion tracking 🔹 Location: Varanasi, Mirzapur, Gorakhpur, Jhansi
