Adopt industry best practices for system design, implementation and integration. Front-end with customers and partners on understanding the requirements, and preparing and presenting the technical solution. Provide guidance to the technical teams on ArcGIS platform and system architecture and lead the team to a high quality deliverable. Prepare and review the technical documentation of the system, such as Architecture, HLD-LLD, Interface specifications, technical write-ups etc. Participate in pre-sales cycle and help in preparing technical solution against RFP requirements. Skills and Experience Required: An overall ArcGIS platform of more than 6 years and at-least 4+ years of experience on leading the system architecture, system design, integration and implementation of enterprise systems based on ArcGIS platform, including Desktop, Web and Mobile components. Must have 4+ years of experience in ArcGIS Enterprise Must have a strong knowledge and experience on ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro platforms, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Runtime, ArcSDE, related APIs. Experience of enterprise integrations using industry standard mechanism such as REST APIs, SOAP, EAI, ESB etc. Experience with latest technology stack including service-oriented architectures, micro-services, containerization, CI-CD and cloud is required. Good experience of Telecom domain is highly preferred. Good experience of working with any of the databases – Oracle, MS-SQL, PL-SQL or other RDBMS. Strong GIS background with good knowledge on Location Intelligence, Spatial Analytics etc. Experience of cloud deployments, legacy to cloud transformation will be useful. Job Summary: A highly skilled and experienced Systems and IT Infrastructure Engineer . The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience across IT products (MS, Oracle, etc.), networking, infrastructure, cloud platforms, virtualization , and cybersecurity . Key Responsibilities: Solution engineering through design, deploy, and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems , including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms. Administer and optimize Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP , and group policies . Manage, diagnose, and monitor networking infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers. Deploy and manage on-perm and on-cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid) across AWS and Azure environments. Implement and manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM). Conduct regular vulnerability assessments , penetration tests, and security audits to identify and mitigate risks. Ensure network and data security through proper configurations, monitoring tools, and incident response. Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning and execution. Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support infrastructure such as code (IaC) and automation initiatives. Maintain documentation and diagrams for infrastructure architecture, processes, and procedures. Stay current with emerging technologies and security threats, recommending improvements as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems design and deployment, administration, and networking. Strong knowledge of network protocols , firewall configuration , and enterprise-level routing/switching . Hands-on experience with AWS , Azure , or both (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Azure VMs, Azure AD, etc.). Proven expertise with VMware , Hyper-V , or other virtualization platforms. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles , SIEM , IDS/IPS , and penetration testing tools (e.g., Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite). Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Strong communication and documentation skills. Strong oral and written communication skills in English GIS/Esri software knowledge is a plus.
