GIS Lead

As an Infoscion, your role is crucial in diagnosing customer issues, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. Your daily tasks include developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing effort estimates. You will also lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, and design innovative solutions - Develop proposals, contribute to solution design, and configure products as per the design - Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates - Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives - Assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design Qualification Required: - Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcPy, ArcGIS Pro, Python, and Azure - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models for client innovation and growth - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of latest technologies - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively - Understanding of financial processes for projects and pricing models - Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions - Client interfacing skills, project management, and team management experience,
