We are seeking a talented and driven Full-Stack JavaScript Developer (3-6 yrs exp.) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end JavaScript technologies and be capable of building scalable, maintainable web applications. You will be working on exciting projects to create innovative solutions, improve user experience, and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities: Full-stack Development: Develop, test, and deploy web applications using JavaScript technologies, including frameworks and libraries like React, Node.js, Express, Angular, or Vue. Front-End Development: Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces with modern front-end technologies like React, Vue, or Angular. Back-End Development: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs and server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js. Database Management: Work with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for efficient data storage and retrieval. Version Control & Collaboration: Use Git for version control and work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Code Quality & Optimization: Ensure code quality and performance optimization for both the front-end and back-end of applications. Testing: Write and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests for both client and server-side applications. Deployment: Deploy and maintain web applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Heroku, or similar. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure technical requirements and user needs are met. Key Requirements: Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on JavaScript. Technical Skills: Front-end: Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Back-end: Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar technologies for server-side development. Database: Experience with both relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Version Control: Expertise in Git and collaborative workflows. APIs: Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Cloud Deployment: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Heroku, etc.). Testing: Familiarity with testing libraries such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Nice to Have: Knowledge of TypeScript. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with microservices architecture.
