As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated manager to oversee our organizational sales operations. In this role, you will be tasked with developing a strategic sales plan and ensuring that planned goals are met. Your responsibilities will include generating sales inquiries through the cultivation of relationships with key business specifiers such as Architects, Builders, and Contractors. You will be expected to process these inquiries by engaging with clients, following up diligently, and ultimately converting leads in favor of our company. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in building, coaching, and managing a high-performing sales team as per the business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to devise and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the organization. - Identify and engage with potential prospects to drive business growth. - Assess business opportunities by evaluating prospects, analyzing sales options, and staying abreast of industry trends. - Maintain strong client relationships by offering support, guidance, and relevant information. - Prepare detailed reports by gathering and summarizing pertinent data. - Stay updated on industry developments by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and networking with professionals. - Recruit, train, and supervise a proficient sales team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing coaching and performance assessments. Required Skills: - Excellent presentation skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Strong focus on delivering excellence in all endeavors. - High energy level and self-motivation. - Proficiency in negotiation techniques. - Demonstrated aptitude for prospecting and lead generation. - Strategic sales planning capabilities. - Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. - Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 1 year of experience in business development. Fluency in Hindi is preferred. The work location is in-person.
