Role & responsibilities 1. Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Draughtsman: Prepare detailed CAD/Revit drawings for fire alarm and fire fighting systems. Coordinate with design engineers and project teams for accurate drafting. Update and maintain as-built drawings and project documentation. Ensure compliance with international and Gulf standards for fire systems. Review drawings for accuracy and completeness before submission. 2. Fire Fighting Design Engineer: Design fire alarm and fire fighting systems for various projects. Perform load calculations, hydraulic calculations, and system sizing . Prepare detailed design documents, layouts, and specifications . Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams for approvals. Ensure designs meet safety standards, codes, and regulations . Support the draughtsman in converting designs into working drawings. General Responsibilities (Both Roles): Ensure timely delivery of drawings and design documents. Maintain high accuracy, quality, and attention to detail . Assist in resolving technical issues during project execution. Keep updated with the latest codes, standards, and software tools.
