About the job: We're looking for a dynamic social media content creator & manager who can bring our brand story alive through engaging content. This role involves creating, shooting, editing, and publishing content that captures the personality of Gifts of Love while growing our presence across Instagram and other platforms. Reaching out to corporates for bulk gifting orders. Handling marketing through social media and whatsapp channel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, create, and post a mix of 6 posts/reels per week (mix of static and video). 2. Post minimum 1 story daily, with live coverage of in-store moments, new arrivals, behind-the-scenes, and customer experiences. 3. Shoot content in our stores and office to capture real moments and products in their best light. 4. Shoot in different settings as well. 5. Write witty, on-brand captions aligned with our tone and personality. 6. Handle video editing for Instagram reels and short-form content. 7. Stay updated with trending sounds, formats, and content styles on social media to keep our feed fresh yet within the brand feel. 8. Monitor engagement and share insights on what's working. 9. Work closely with us to ensure brand consistency. 10. Connecting with corporates for branded gifting 11. Connecting with other brands to include Gifts of Love products as part of their gifting hampers. 12. Comfortable with creating quick visual mockups and PDFs to share with clients. 13. Coordinating between clients and us for receiving orders. Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is important. 2. Strong photography and videography skills - comfortable behind the camera and capturing people, products, and spaces. 3. Proficiency in video editing tools/apps 4. A natural eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail. 5. Previous experience managing social media for a brand (preferred but not mandatory if you’re outstandingly creative!). 6. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and full of ideas. 7. Comfortable working independently and stepping into the store/office environment to capture content. 8. Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Capcut). 9. Knowledge of social media analytics. 10. Interest in stationery, lifestyle, and home decor.
