We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in B2B sales of branded merchandise such as T-shirts, bags, and corporate gift items. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales across a product portfolio of over 2,500 customizable items. Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential B2B clients such as corporates, startups, event companies, agencies, and institutions. Present product offerings and branding options to clients via in-person meetings, video calls, or presentations. Understand client branding needs and suggest suitable products and customization techniques (screen printing, embroidery, UV printing, etc.). Generate quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals. Manage and grow client accounts by offering excellent service and support. Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings. Requirements:Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the promotional products or branded merchandise industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic design understanding is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
