Primary Responsibilities 1. CRM & Lead ManagementOversee daily operations in Zoho CRM. Assign new leads to respective sales executives based on region/product. Ensure every lead has a next follow-up date and timely updates. Track deal status and analyze lost-deal reasons. Share daily dashboard reports (converted, pending, lost leads) with management. 2. Sales Process ManagementEnsure quotations are generated and shared on time. Send follow-up reminders to sales representatives for pending deals. Review and approve pricing, schemes, and special offers before dispatch. Coordinate with management for deal approvals and policy compliance. 3. Billing & Logistics CoordinationLiaise with accounts for invoice preparation and approvals. Confirm dispatch and delivery status with the logistics team. Maintain a real-time tracker for pending orders, credit limits, and outstanding payments. Follow up with dealers/distributors for payment and billing confirmations. 4. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily and weekly MIS reports: Leads summary Quotation & order tracker Payment and collection reports Maintain accuracy of Zoho CRM pipeline. Conduct weekly sales review meetings and circulate action notes. 5. Team Discipline & PerformanceMonitor sales executives’ call logs, visits, and daily reports. Track incentive eligibility and performance scorecards. Ensure timely reporting and follow-up compliance by the sales team. Act as the central communication point between management and the field sales team.
