You are overall responsible for all operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the Unit and achieve production targets within cost, time, and quality norms. Your role involves coordinating various areas of production, technical, and quality, following up on production plans from cutting to sewing, and achieving targeted line efficiency. It is essential to maintain product quality according to the standards set by the buyer. Your expertise in manufacturing will be crucial in providing guidance to the Production team and implementing cost reduction and efficiency improvement strategies through process changes. You will be responsible for preparing production plans in a timely manner, ensuring the proper upkeep of the manufacturing facility, and monitoring the performance of all departments under your supervision. Efficient utilization of manpower and fostering good employee relations are key aspects of your role. You will be required to provide regular performance reviews and information to seniors by generating management information reports promptly. Desired Profile: - NIFT/ B.
