Role & responsibilities Accountant : Maintain Tally records with daily updates of all financial transactions. Handle BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement) and ensure timely reconciliation. Process vendor and employee payments accurately and on time. Manage payroll processing and enter salary transactions in Tally. Track and maintain vendor/customer ledgers, including receivables, payables, and ageing analysis. Prepare monthly financial statements P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow for management. Compile inventory accounting reports (RM, WIP, FG) from Stores data for bank and management submission. Manage bank interactions loan interest updates, stock statements, debtor/creditor statements. Coordinate with third-party consultants for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, ensuring records are correct. Assist management in Monthly Review Meetings by preparing finance-related data and reports. Admin: Responsible to manage Payroll, Security, House keeping and other office administration activities. In payroll: Processing employee salaries before 7th of every month Handling employees incentives, advances and deductions in registers. Ensuring compliance of labour laws and company policies Child Labour Policy, Minimum Wage, Factory Licence Validity. o Reporting and timely payment of ESI and PFs Responsible to present offer letter, appointment letter, salary revision letters, debit notes to employees as and when it is required. In security: Ensuring Security is present at the gate as per Protocol at all times. Daily review with security: • Inward / Outward register • Gate Entry Pass • Employee Attendance register • Any abnormalities In house-keeping: Ensuring and monitoring facilities are cleaned as per house-keeping checklist Purchasing and arranging housekeeping items necessary for cleaning. Welcoming and coordinating the guests and vendors with concerned personnel who are visiting the factory. Providing awareness and training regarding POSH to all employees Preferred candidate profile We seek a female candidate with 58 years’ experience , strong in accounts management with hands-on expertise in Tally, BRS, payroll, vendor/customer ledgers, and monthly financial statements . She should be capable of managing bank interactions, inventory reporting, and statutory coordination (GST/TDS) while learning and handling administration tasks such as payroll compliance, security oversight, housekeeping, and employee documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive , balancing strict compliance in accounts with practical administration support. Verifying all records across all quality functions (Except Patrol Inspection in Production) and take action where required. Shift Planning for Final Inspectors Responsible for On the Job Training in Quality Function Conduct Gemba Walk throughout the plant and check for all abnormalities like calibration, fallen parts, Parts Handling etc. Conduct Patrol Inspection for 2 parts per day in production Co-responsible along with NPD Quality to setup IPC plan, monitor and close when Goals are met. Attend CFT meetings during New Product Development and contribute during review of Past defect History and TGW and TGR Responsible to hold master key for Auto Sorting Program Attend Trouble shooting in Auto Sorting Machine Plan and conduct MSA Plan and conduct SPC Plan and conduct Layout Inspection Plan and conduct Process and Product Audit Plan and conduct Poisson Test and handle failures effectively by retraining the final inspectors Plan and conduct all third-party tests; RM Test and SST. Participation in DRM meeting and lead the meeting during review of Post-machining, Final, Incoming, Customer and Supplier Rejections. Responsible for monthly analysis of rejections from all quality functions and providing actions. Responsible for following up all corrective actions and checking effectiveness of the corrective action. Responsible for reviewing all 8Ds submitted to customer and 8Ds received from external and internal suppliers. Approve Calibration Plan and review calibration status periodically Ensuring availability of all PPAP documents during Production phase Periodic review of PFMEA and its relevant documents whenever the need arises. QMS: Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, MACE, and VDA 6.3; act as Management Representative during audits. Maintain certifications, coordinate external audits, and close non-conformances. Control documents and digital files, ensuring only latest versions are used across departments. Monitor QMS performance indicators, consolidate and present it to Management during MRM's. Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidates for Quality Leader roles at Giamiti are hands-on professionals with a proven track record in quality and system management, preferably from the machining or automotive industry. Candidates from other manufacturing sectors will also be considered if they demonstrate strong IATF 16949/ISO 9001 systems experience. They should have 710+ years of progressive experience , ideally starting their careers as inspectors or engineers and working their way up through learning and performance. This ensures a strong grasp of shop-floor basics, inspection methods, and practical system implementation. Both roles require strong exposure to customer-facing interactions and audit handling , with the ability to manage external certifications, customer complaints, and supplier quality discussions confidently. The preferred profile combines being a strict enforcer of compliance ensuring procedures, documentation, and standards are never compromised — with the qualities of a trainer and coach who uplifts teams, develops competencies, and builds a culture of ownership.
