Key Responsibilities Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment including CNC, VMC, HMC machines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and utility systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical faults to minimize downtime. Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems in optimal working condition. Maintain records of maintenance work performed using ERP and prepare basic reports. Ensure adherence to safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with other departments for smooth plant operations. Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of mechanical systems and machinery. Technical / Functional Skills Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and machine tools Experience in maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC machines, utility equipment, and material handling systems Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication systems Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and schematics Skilled in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Sound knowledge of safety practices in mechanical maintenance Computer / System Skills Working knowledge of ERP for maintenance management and reporting Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for documentation, maintenance logs, and Email reporting.
