Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and draft legal documents - Represent clients in court and conduct legal research - Negotiate settlements and ensure compliance with legal frameworks - Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of legal drafting, legal research, and litigation processes - Proficiency in client representation, case management, and courtroom procedures - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure situations - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Bar Council membership is mandatory - Experience in corporate law, civil law, or criminal law is a plus,
