Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as required. Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding paperwork, and policy acknowledgments. Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires in Ghintell. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities. Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies. Perform general administrative tasks, including: Managing HR and departmental calendars and scheduling meetings. Ordering and maintaining office supplies. Arranging and booking flights, accommodation, and transportation for business trips. Assisting with visa applications and related documentation. Supporting event planning for team-building activities, company events, and meetings. Tracking and reporting on employee attendance, time-off requests, and performance review deadlines. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Strong English skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
