We at Ghasitaram Gifts (@ghasitaram_gifts) are looking to hire a Videographer + Editor to join us on a hybrid basis. 💼 About the Role • Pay: ₹15,000 per month + commission (bonus for reels/posts crossing 10–15K+ organic views). • Hybrid: Expected to be present at the office/shoots 2–3 times a week. • Flexibility: Timings are flexible we value creativity over clocking hours. • Structure: Hired on an assignment/proposal basis initially (with scope for long-term growth depending on the work). 🎥 Skills Needed • Cinematic videography experience (especially food/product). • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut. • Strong understanding of trending formats on Instagram & YouTube. • Creativity in storytelling — not just editing, but creating an engaging vibe. • Ability to help us build a consistent visual language across all content.
