Key Responsibilities Food Preparation Support – Assist chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients as per recipes. Cleaning & Sanitization – Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment, ensuring hygiene standards are met. Dishwashing – Wash dishes, cooking vessels, and tools regularly during and after service hours. Inventory Assistance – Help in unpacking, storing, and organizing raw materials and supplies in designated areas. Order Packing – Assist in packing food orders accurately and efficiently for timely dispatch. Waste Management – Dispose of kitchen waste properly and ensure garbage areas are clean. Equipment Handling – Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions to the supervisor. Compliance – Follow food safety guidelines, hygiene regulations, and kitchen SOPs. Support Staff & Chefs – Provide additional assistance during peak hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Stock Monitoring – Notify the supervisor about low-stock items or expired materials.
