Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager –Supply Chain/ Procurement Department: Supply Chain Management/Procurement Location: GH2 Solar Ltd (Corporate Office-Noida Sec-68 ) Reporting To: MD/COO Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end procurement process for Solar EPC projects , ensuring timely availability of materials and services. Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and cost targets. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, BOS components, and other project materials . Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality and technical specifications. Establish and maintain long-term vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Execution, Planning, and Finance teams for material forecasting and budget alignment. Manage purchase orders, work orders, and contracts , ensuring compliance with company and statutory norms. Track delivery schedules, resolve vendor issues, and coordinate logistics for smooth site delivery. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new technologies relevant to the solar EPC industry. Implement best practices in procurement processes, documentation, and cost control.
