Highly proficient in the use of key analytical equipment and the testing of finished products. Good IT skills. Strong analytical and problem solving ability. Role & responsibilities A QC chemist, or quality control chemist, helps a company improve the quality of its products. The chemist conducts qualitative and quantitative assessments at QC labs to monitor product quality or processes. To prioritise, sample, test and release raw materials, intermediates and finished products to strict timescales, in order to support the business requirements. Maintain the Laboratorys Quality System Perform analytical tests in the laboratory. Assist with laboratory administrative duties. Maintain smooth laboratory work flow. Obtain lab certifications and complete QA/QC assignments. Promote good customer relations with all clients. Sample collections and water quality monitoring. Calibrating analytical equipment, as and when required. Supporting all QC activities. Maintain all the necessary documents and records. Observing and complying with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP). Observing and complying with company Health and Safety Policies. Undertaking any other duties, either for this department or any other department within the business, which may be requested by the Line Manager, for which training and/or an explanation has been provided and understood.

Role & responsibilities Managing all the sales related activity of the company. Supporting the sales team. Identifying new sales leads. Responding to customers timely, processing inquires via phone, email etc.and contacting potential customers to arrange appointments. Making follow- up calls to confirm order. Coordinate for Order Processing, Order Clearance, Payment Collections. Contact vendors for Negotiation, Placing order & Coordinate with them to receiving the product. Material follow up and delivery goods to customer. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Assisting walk-in customers find what they are looking for. To coordinate with Finance Team for Accounts receivable. Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents. Keeping accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities. Resolving any sales related issues with customers. Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department. CRM implementation & Website updating Responsible for day to day sales enquiries from distributors Manage and record all sales enquiries via CRM. Customer account creation and update via CRM. Liaise with logistics/ order desk to ensure equipment for supporting events such as distributor meetings, seminars, exhibitions and trade shows is in place. Assist with marketing plan provided by product managers eg website, Social media, advertising, PR distribution. General support to sales team as required, travel cover etc. Preferred candidate profile Experience of minimum 2-5 years in Leather Chemical Industry. Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge in Computer applications, MS Office and any software. Commercial awareness, initiative and the ability to work as part of a team. Proven strategic planning experience at the management level. Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills. Good time management and planning skills. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail. Able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of the customer. Able to work individually as well as part of a team. Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
