Follow daily / weekly route plans provided by the Marketing Team and visit targeted residential areas, apartments, tuition centers, pre-schools, and other strategic locations. Actively approach and interact with parents and community members to generate interest in school admissions. Collect and record a minimum of 30 qualified leads per day and ensure all lead details are updated promptly and accurately in the CRM system. Distribute school brochures, flyers, pamphlets, and other promotional materials during field visits. Represent the school professionally and maintain a courteous, approachable, and persuasive communication style. Provide daily reports on field activities, route coverage, and leads collected. Coordinate with the internal admissions team for lead follow-up and conversion. Gather feedback from parents and communities to support continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
