Someone who can take ownership, spot opportunities, move fast, and figure things out without being told exactly how. What You’ll Do You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth to build our online presence, create engaging content, and help turn followers and leads into paying customers. Content & Social Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Write captions, stories, and short-form copy that builds trust and drives action. Repurpose content from our blog, customer stories, and founder narrative into posts. Source content creators and hound them to deliver content on time. Capture and edit photos and videos (on your phone is fine) that feel native to the platform. Growth & Community Engage with followers and reply to DMs/comments quickly. Build relationships with creators, customers, and micro-influencers to co-create content. Test small growth experiments and track results. Organisation & Execution Keep a content calendar and ensure posts go out on time. Work with our designer to create amazing assets that match your creative vision. Not be afraid to use tools - from AI to Figma and CapCut - anything to get the job done faster! Track key metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, clicks) and share simple reports.

The Role We’re looking for a high-agency Marketing Coordinator who can operate across channels and take ownership of growth levers. This is not a narrow role. You’ll touch everything from content to analytics, paid ads to SEO, B2B outreach to creative briefing and CRO. If you’re hungry, organised, and can figure things out without hand-holding, you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Do Content & Creative Plan, brief, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok. Write sharp copy for posts, ads, emails, and landing pages. Repurpose blogs, customer stories, and founder insights into engaging formats. Work with designers and creators to deliver assets on time and on brand. Growth Levers Help manage paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta). Run SEO and AEO projects to capture organic demand. Track performance across channels, report insights, and suggest actions. Build outbound B2B and B2C prospecting campaigns. Execution & Organisation Own the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns and initiatives go live on time. Monitor analytics dashboards and flag what’s working (and what’s not). Test small experiments weekly and report learnings. Use tools (AI, Figma, CapCut, Sheets) to make things happen fast. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or content (agency or startup experience a plus). Strong writer, comfortable shifting between professional and conversational tones. Solid grasp of digital channels: SEO, paid search, paid social. Comfortable with analytics: can read data, spot patterns, and suggest next steps. Highly organised, reliable, able to juggle multiple projects.
