Build the Creative OS powering winning ads at scale. GetCrux works with Fortune 1000 enterprises and fast-growing YC companies to automate creative strategy, generate winning ads, and run full-stack AI creative workflows. We're a small, fast-moving team looking for a frontend engineer who can own major product surfaces end-to-end. Role Senior Backend Engineer / Tech Lead Experience: 5+ years (3+ years in Django/FastAPI/Celery) Must-Have Strong experience with Django, FastAPI, Celery Ability to design & scale high-performance backend systems Experience building data pipelines, async jobs, and distributed systems Solid AWS skills (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, etc.) Hands-on experience with LLM/agentic systems and workflow orchestration Strong debugging, optimization, and system design skills Good-to-Have Exposure to video/image generation or multimodal workflows Familiarity with Meta/TikTok/Google Ads APIs Experience with ClickHouse/Postgres or large-scale analytics systems Previous startup/0?1 product ownership Compensation Base: ?6080L Equity: 0.5%1% Location HSR Layout, Bangalore Work from Office
