Job Description

About the Role:

Graduate Engineer Trainees

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and contribute to engineering design and analysis activities.
Develop and review 2D/3D CAD models, engineering drawings, assemblies, and documentation.
Support simulation, product testing, and validation activities as part of project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables within timelines.
Assist in research, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and process improvement initiatives.
Follow engineering standards, best practices, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Sound understanding of core Mechanical / Aerospace / Aeronautical engineering fundamentals.
Knowledge in CAD tools such as
CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD, or similar
(added advantage).
Basic understanding of
FEA/CFD tools
will be a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn new technologies.
