We need an experienced VMC Operator who can independently handle machine setup and run production by taking proper offsets and machining as per drawing. Candidate must have hands-on experience in Fanuc control machines and be capable of maintaining accuracy and quality while running production. Key Responsibilities: Machine setup, job loading, and offset setting (work offset, tool offset). Run production and maintain correct dimensions during machining. Understand drawings, tolerances, and tool paths. Maintain production report and machine cleanliness. Coordinate with quality and supervisor for smooth production. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years operating VMC machines (offset work compulsory). Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Production. Must know offset handling (G54–G59), tool setting, and basic G & M code. Ability to run the machine independently and maintain accuracy. Duty time - 8 hours (rotating shift - day & night weekly).
