Maintain and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements. Record, verify, and report financial transactions in accordance with Indian GAAP/Accounting Standards. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance under Indian tax laws. Prepare and file periodic tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.) in coordination with the CA. Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and maintain financial records. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Liaise with auditors during statutory audits. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with company policies.
