You are a geospatial expert with 23 years of experience in satellite imagery analysis and model development. Your role will involve image classification, automation, and delivering insights across agriculture and utility sectors. Proficiency in Google Earth Engine, Python, and tools like QGIS and ArcGIS is essential for this position. As a Geospatial Analyst at SatSure, you will work with various datasets such as satellite imageries, vector data, and weather data. Your responsibilities will include processing satellite imageries, developing insights, running and developing models for various sectors, feature identification and classification, innovation across different geographies, automation of processes, and supporting client deliveries. In terms of qualifications, you should have 2-3 years of working experience in geospatial projects and a degree in Geospatial/Geomatics/Remote Sensing/GIS or a related field. Essential requirements for this role include extensive work with raster data and satellite imageries, a strong understanding of image classification and remote sensing concepts, proficiency in programming and automation logic, hands-on experience with Google Earth Engine and Python, knowledge of QGIS, Erdas Imagine, ArcGIS, and other geospatial software, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
