The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting client meetings, presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves market research, tracking sales metrics, and collaboration with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance sales strategies and customer experience. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Ability to conduct market research and gather customer insights Knowledge or experience in biotechnology, organic products, or agriculture is preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is an added advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field Willingness to work on-site in Bhopal
