We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, Profit & Loss management, and general office administration. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update books of accounts, ledgers, and journals on a regular basis. Prepare and reconcile Profit & Loss statements , balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable , bank reconciliation, and vendor payments. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for statutory and compliance matters. Support payroll processing, expense tracking, and invoice management. Assist in budgeting, cost control , and management reporting. Oversee office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, asset management, and general documentation. Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, etc.). Skills & Competencies: Strong command over Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel. Good understanding of accounting standards and financial documentation. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity. Effective communication and coordination skills.
