Marketing Specialist Employment Type: Full-time Time Zone: Flexible with core overlap hours with Central Time Zone Position Position Overview GEODIS is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the United States Marketing team. This role will focus primarily on content creation, organization and management to enhance sales enablement and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to create, refine and repurpose customer-facing content, while collaborating effectively across time zones and cultural contexts to support US-based marketing and sales teams. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management Work with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to create customer-facing content (sales presentations, one-pagers, case studies, etc.) to support the Business Development team. This includes both planned annual content as well as on-demand requests. Upload, organize and refresh the content library to ensure Business Development has access to the content they need. Design engaging email newsletters to be sent out on a weekly basis. Assist in completing RFIs. Brand & Quality Management Ensure all content aligns with company brand standards and maintain consistency across channels. Archive and organize design assets for easy access and reuse by the broader team. Stay current with design trends and best practices. Lead Management Review the United States Salesforce lead queue daily to identify and reject invalid records (job seekers, partnership inquiries, or general spam). Send approved template emails to contacts within Salesforce. Route verified leads to appropriate nurture email sequences. Preferred Candidate Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, digital communications or related fields. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint. Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust tone and style for different audiences. Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling and basic design principles. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and sales engagement tools. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with international or remote teams across time zones. Cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working with diverse teams. Working Arrangements Core collaboration hours overlapping with U.S. business hours (typically 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST). Regular video conferences with U.S.-based team members.
