Role and Responsibilities Balancing both the Strategic & Tactical elements of Deal negotiation and identify incremental business Digital, Tele sales & cross sell opportunity through Banca & Non Banca/NBFC/HFC Growing market share in existing Banks, NBFC, HFC partnerships Develop internal networks with key decision makers for the launch of business partnership Preferred candidate profile - Individual and team leadership with excellent written, presentation and communication skills • Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence and results with senior and C-suite executives • Proven ability to connect with people and top management • Full understanding and practical experience of all stages of the opportunity and sales cycle for high - end major accounts • Demonstrated experience in managing projects, staff and internal initiatives or strategic programs • Demonstrated a good understanding of the consulting/advisory world and how Star Healths product offerings can be presented to Banks/ NBFCs/ HFCs.
