Job Title: Office Executive Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3-5 Years Joining: Immediate Reporting To: Director Role Overview We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-organized Office Executive to handle administrative, operational, and coordination responsibilities at our Delhi office. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi, possess drafting and negotiation skills, and have a basic understanding of commercial matters. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office administration: scheduling, calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and official correspondences Coordinate with vendors, service providers, drivers, housekeeping staff, and facility support agencies Assist in vendor/manpower sourcing, negotiation, and contract finalization Liaise with government departments and external agencies such as RTO, municipal bodies, builders, and utility service offices Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as required Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline The preferred candidate would have strong roots in Delhi, with good social and professional networks spanning administrative, legal, and commercial domains. 5 years of relevant experience in administrative or coordination role Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Email drafting, documentation, and coordination skills Good negotiation ability and basic understanding of commercial terms Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Attributes Well-presented personality with strong interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with proactive work attitude Ability to work responsibly with integrity and confidentiality Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
