Cleaning and maintenance Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust all surfaces in assigned areas. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures, mirrors, and floors. Empty trash and replace liners in all bins. Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces. Room and linen services Change and make beds with fresh linens. Restock guest supplies like toiletries, towels, and amenities. Collect and process guest and hotel laundry, including washing, drying, and ironing. Maintain a proper inventory of linens and supplies. Safety and reporting Report any needed repairs or maintenance issues to management. Follow all health, safety, and infection control protocols. Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment properly. Respond to emergencies and clean up spills. Guest services Provide turndown service for guest rooms in the evening. Respond to guest requests and summonses promptly. Answer guest questions about hotel services and facilities. Check and secure rooms before leaving.
