Kolkata hr is pathetic. They do not value the time of candidates. They don't even go through the CV of candidates before mailing them. And Once you go for the interview they reject you on the "lack of experience" reason after making you wait for the entire day.

The attitude of the Genpact HR is so bad it's so pathetic I have not ever seen this kind of behaviour of Management like Genpact it's a brand company just same on the HR they should improve their behaviour which should not be shown on employees like who has gone to giving a interview and management should take action on this
