The Managerial round is so frustrating .The managers will reject you for silly to silly reasons. The managers want a candidate to stay in the company for years with the lowest salary so they could obtain all the profit. It shouldn't be "MANAGERIAL" round, it should be "DHYAMNERIAL" round because the managers are DHYAMNA (BENGALI).
