The Educational Counselor will guide students in selecting suitable courses and study abroad programs, provide individualized counseling sessions, assist in career planning, and offer support throughout the application process. The role involves building trust-based relationships with students, communicating effectively to understand their aspirations, and collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth transitions and positive outcomes for clients. Qualifications Expertise in Educational Consulting and Education-related guidance Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to provide targeted and thoughtful advice Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues A bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred Ability to empathize with students and understand their academic and career aspirations Knowledge of international education systems is an added advantage Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently in an on-site environment
