Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain LLM-based applications with intelligent features using OpenAI or RAG models. You will be responsible for building scalable and secure solutions using Azure AI Services, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architecture. Additionally, you will integrate identity providers, implement SSO, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases to support AI-driven functionalities and performance. Mentoring junior developers and staying updated on AI, LLM, and legal tech innovations will be key to driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain LLM-based applications with intelligent features using OpenAI or RAG models. - Build scalable, secure solutions using Azure AI Services, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architecture. - Integrate identity providers, implement SSO, and manage secure system interactions. - Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases to support AI-driven functionalities and performance. - Mentor junior developers and stay updated on AI, LLM, and legal tech innovations to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Python and AI technologies. - Strong proficiency in Flask or FastAPI for web development. - Prior Experience to OpenAI or any LLM RAG Model is highly desirable. - Experience working with Azure services, particularly Azure AI Services and Azure Apps. - Solid understanding of both NoSQL and SQL databases, with experience in database design and optimization.
