Description
As a Generative AI Platform Senior Engineer at Kenvue, you will be a key member of the Automation & AI Platforms team based in Bangalore, India. You will play a crucial role in enabling the architecture and backend components for Generative AI technology to support Kenvue's digital initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the Gen AI platform, ensuring stability, resilience, governance standards, and platform best practices. You will collaborate with various teams such as Product Teams, Infrastructure Teams, Data Science Teams, and Information Security & Risk Management Teams to provide the necessary technology architecture for delivering and maintaining Gen AI solutions. Strong communication skills, hands-on experience with Gen AI technologies, knowledge of IT security standards, and agile methodologies are essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include leading the implementation of the Generative AI platform, designing innovative strategies to enhance its performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying updated on advancements in generative AI, developing platform strategy and roadmap, providing guidance to team members, and integrating Gen AI with other capabilities such as RPA and Cognitive AI. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for applications, researching and implementing tech stack enhancements, conducting feasibility assessments, ensuring compliance across Product Teams, managing incident ticket management, facilitating platform audits and security reviews, and presenting to various levels of management. To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in supporting Gen AI platform deployments or managing ongoing platform operations, a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, experience in managing complex infrastructures, and proficiency in technologies such as SQL, Python, and Azure.
